St. Pierre-Jolys RCMP are searching for a suspect after a youth was assaulted at the Kleefeld Honey Festival.

RCMP say a 17-year-old boy was waiting for his family near Kleefeld Park at around 5:30 p.m. Saturday when he was allegedly approached by two males and a female, believed to be older youths or young adults, and punched in the back of his head. He was left injured but did not require hospitalization.

RCMP searching for suspects

RCMP are now searching for the suspects involved in this assault. 

One of the suspects was described as thin with short black hair. He was last seen wearing a t-shirt, blue jeans, and grey and white Nike shoes. 

The other suspect was wearing a red hoodie, blue jeans and light-coloured shoes and was also described as thin. 

There was no description of the female involved.
